What would you guess this estate would be worth now? I think $5M is a low number. This year the highest sales in that neighborhood I have recorded are $4.9M, $4.6M, and one under contract at $6.6M.

The bill opens with this, “This resolution calls on the Utah Transit Authority to take immediate action to address the driver shortage that has severely impacted ski season transportation”. Then it ends with this, “BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is unacceptable to enter into the 2023-2024 ski season with the current reduced bus service”.

Yay.

I’m so grateful to Representative Steve Eliason! I shared my concerns with him, and before our conversation was over, he had this idea to help.

please PLEASE help make the ski buses a priority and have your parking lot attendants, clear a path for the ski bus when it arrives.

& Police officers, if you see an opportunity to let a ski bus pass, please help (especially waiting at Brighton loop). I’ve seen many times where a police officer was guiding traffic, and could have easily helped a bus get through but didn’t.

there is no excuse for the ski bus shortage. Pay drivers more, take from less populated routes, or anything it takes. Organizations like are proving there are other solutions.

There is so much advertising asking people to take the ski bus. First we need to make sure there are ski buses to even take! On busy days, there are A LOT more people who would ride if there were any seats on the bus.
