This crazy, independent, loving, entrepreneur baby of mine is now 19 😭. Well he turned 19 in the begining of the month but I'm always late to post things 🤗.

Old enough to be an adult but not enough to do real adult ish 🤣. Thank you for always keeping me in check and not letting me make excuses. You always push me to be better and work harder. Can't wait to watch you grow into an old man 🤪love you!

It's been awhile since I've posted anything. Took some time to work on myself, my family, and our goals. Made some changes and took some risks! It's been an exciting ride. Closed on our new home and we couldn't be more excited!! Kids have their own space again and our gazillion animals have room to roam 🤪. We've been here for about a month and a half and aren't any closer to having things unpacked 🤣. We just hide it all in the garage 🤣🤣....it'll get done one day 🤷

Once you receive emails through the MLS, you'll have access to a portal where you can mark homes as a favorite, a possibility, or discard. ⁣
This will help you to stay organized online, and to notify me of which listings are your favorites and least favorites.⁣
Once you see a home you like online, let me know so I can set up a showing for us. Often times we will set up a few showings back to back so we can knock them out at once.⁣
It's important for both of us to be taking notes during these showings because once you see a ton of houses, you tend to forget a lot of the details of each.⁣

A weekend of lake hopping in Idaho. Breaking in our new traverse and so far she hasn't disappointed. Kids are having a blast! ⠀

We were lucky enough to see the comet last night from the roof of my parents house. Then decoded to find a dark area that was on the ground because I almost came crashing down the roof 🤭. Wish I could have filmed pr taken a picture but getting my phone and the Binos to work together was a bit challenging. ⠀

Today, we're off to go do some thrifting! All while wearing masks because we love the people around us. My parents are young and I'd like to keep them around longer! 😘⠀
