Honestly though… not the worst problem to have. 🦚

One of the coolest parts about building in the La Caille community in Sandy is being surrounded by a place that already feels like an experience. Between the beautiful grounds, mountain views, event spaces, gardens, vineyards, and the iconic aviary right next door, this community has a vibe you really can’t find anywhere else in Utah.

And yes… apparently that includes random luxury job site inspections from exotic birds.

We’re beyond excited for this custom home and even more excited to showcase it during the 2026 Utah Parade of Homes. This one is going to be special.
