Top Ten and still celebrating! 🎉

A couple of weeks ago, we shared the exciting news: RealSource Properties is a 2025 NAA Top Employer, and we landed in the Top Ten nationwide!

Now, we’re sharing a few snapshots of the celebration across our onsite teams and communities. Because when something this big happens, it deserves to be marked by the people who made it possible.

What an incredible team we have across the country! We’re grateful for our onsite associates at RealSource Properties. They’ve handled all kinds of weather this winter while keeping residents in mind and being prepared. From freezing temps to unexpected storms, their dedication has never wavered.

Here in Utah, our Salt Lake City-based corporate office just got a brief spring snowfall. It was a beautiful reminder of the unpredictable elements our teams have courageously faced this season - and how they’ve shown up every time.

Happy St. Paddy’s Day! 🍀 We’re feeling extra lucky today—but it’s not really luck at all! This recognition is all about the incredible team we have here and the workplace culture we’ve built together. Huge thanks to our associates for making RealSource such a great place to be!

Our Day of Service initiative continues as our teams find ways to give back. In Greensboro, NC, associates from The Park at Oak Ridge volunteered at Potter’s House Community Kitchen. They helped prepare and serve meals for residents at the Weaver House adult shelter.

Dr. King’s legacy teaches us that service creates change. We are grateful for the chance to support organizations making a real impact. Across the country, RealSource teams are coming together to help.

We're honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with a company-wide Day of Service. This includes our Lexington team, who volunteered at nearby God’s Pantry. This incredible organization distributes over 40 million pounds of food annually to help those facing hunger across Kentucky.

Service not only strengthens our communities but also deepens our connections as a team. We’re proud to join together nationwide to make a difference in honor of Dr. King’s vision.

Our 2025 New Year event was a wonderful way to start the year. Members of our corporate team gathered to celebrate achievements and recognize outstanding contributions.

The evening was filled with great food and entertainment as we reflected on the past year and shared appreciation. It was the perfect way to kick off what promises to be an exciting year ahead.

always delivers! We’re grateful to our corporate team, onsite associates, residents, and investors for joining forces in the Fight to End Hunger 2024. Together, we helped provide nearly 70,000 meals during the holiday season in support of food pantries and food banks nationwide. All of this was made possible through Feeding America, the country’s largest hunger relief organization and Forbes’ #1 charity in the U.S. Thank you for making a difference!

What an exciting moment for RealSource Properties in Kentucky! 🎉 Congratulations to Taylee Tincher on being named the 2024 Leasing Associate of the Year, awarded by the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA).

Taylee, pictured at left, stands out for her dedication and impact. From creating memorable experiences for residents to helping prospects find their perfect homes, her energy and expertise make her an invaluable part of the RealSource Properties team.

What an incredible moment for RealSource Properties! We were recognized this evening at the Multifamily Innovation Summit in Phoenix AZ as the #2 Best Place to Work in Multifamily.

In 2022 we were #2. Last year we were #1. And now we are back near the top again. But it is never just about the ranking. This recognition reflects years of commitment to listening and improving.

The awards are based detailed, third-party employee surveys. Our results are then compared against companies across the industry and the country. There are no shortcuts to the top.

Every year we listen to our team and take action. This year we launched new programs and tools to create a workplace where everyone feels supported and part of something bigger.
