What a great day at Mecca! Our team came together for an inspiring training on “The Mecca Way” with special guest presenter Stacie Kulp, an expert in hospitality leadership. At Mecca, our mission has never just been about buildings — it’s about people. Every conversation, every decision, and every property we touch is an opportunity to create something meaningful.

Stacie led our team through thoughtful training focused on showing genuine care and respect, using small but powerful gestures, and creating a sense of community and belonging through every interaction and touchpoint.
