Congratulations to Christina, our Moment Maker of the Month for September! She's exemplified gold star behavior we can definitely stand behind.
Since joining Mecca, Christina, our Senior Property Accountant, has made an immediate impact through her initiative, accountability, and care for her work. From tackling complex financial onboarding to standardizing processes, she has brought greater consistency to our accounting team and created solutions that make everyone’s work easier.
What makes Christina a Moment Maker is just as much about how she works as what she accomplishes. Her teammates describe someone who meets challenges with grace, grit, and a positive attitude—and brings kindness to even the busiest days. 🇺🇸🎉 **Red, white, blue & BBQ!** 🎉🇺🇸

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our **Tenant Appreciation BBQ at Union Park!** We went full Americana to celebrate America’s big **250**—and even the wind couldn’t stop us from having a good time. 🇺🇸

We put everyone’s American knowledge to the test with some trivia, gave away **more than $1,000 in prizes**, and enjoyed some all-American favorites: 🍔 burgers, 🌭 J-dawgs, and 🍗 Kentucky Fried Chicken!

Most importantly, we loved getting everyone together, enjoying some good food, and having a little fun with the people who make Union Park such a great community.

We had such a great time celebrating our tenants at **Wasatch Gateway Business Park**, one of our newest communities under Mecca Management!

This is such an exciting project, and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of its continued growth. We love creating opportunities to connect with the people and businesses that make our communities so great.

A huge thank you to **Cold Case Ice Cream** for coming out and serving up some delicious treats for our tenants—it was definitely a hit! 🍦🙌
