I am kicking off a brand new series to help you picture what life could actually look like here, and we are starting in the heart of it all: Salt Lake City. 🌲

Did you know we are not done until we do this? 👀

About seven days before we close, you and me, as your buyer’s agent, do a final walkthrough together. This is the step that confirms everything we asked for during due diligence was actually taken care of before those keys are yours.

And here is the part a lot of buyers forget: we do not just walk the inside. The exterior deserves the exact same attention. On this beautiful property that meant checking out the gorgeous water feature, the landscaping, the decks, all of it.

#6 in the state for closed volume this year 🤩 and my heart is fuller than my head can process.

The ranking is a fun milestone. But what stays with me are the people. The keys pressed into someone’s palm for the very first time. The happy tears in an empty living room. The families who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make.
