Congrats to my youngest sis buying her first home AND FOURPLEX!!!🎉✨🥰🏡🏡🏡🏡🥹
I am so proud of her and so excited for what’s to come! She has her own property management company now and already run into some hiccups I haven’t encountered before with my PM company😅😅 and she handles it all with grace (no pun intended) and professionalism! This has been a huge goal of hers for so long and we finally found the perfect income producing property close to LCSC AND negotiated $37.5k off the asking price🤩🙌 it all fell perfectly into place and she’s an official landlord now to 4 new doors🚪
If you don’t personally know Grace, that ginger hair speaks for itself👩‍🦰. She is sweet and spicy and a GO GETTER. We had so much fun working together on this transaction and I got to really see how hard she really works for something she wants and how passionate she is about doing things the right way! You can tell it’s busy season because I’m like 2 weeks late on posting that this Moscow investment property SOLD for my Sellers!!🎉👏🤣 some real estate transactions are a little more difficult than others. THIS ONE was one of those🤣 I can’t even begin to explain everything we went through, everything that got thrown their way, and how we got to closing BUT it was a wild one (and honestly, I don’t want to explain it and relive it😂) luckily I had some amazing sellers. Like, the best. McKenzie Lewis and Jacob are some of my best friends and favorite people!!! if you know me, you know I absolutely rave about McKenzie. What’s awesome about our relationship is we get to work together on an almost daily basis between both of our businesses and I’m so thankful for her knowledge, cool head and good sense of humor for the roller coaster that Real Estate is😅 we’ve closed on multiple properties together now and it’s so fun to be able to work together and brainstorm ideas and negotiate together! This was probably the HAPPIEST i’ve ever been taking a sign down in a yard after closing on the house😅 first, because this one tested me 😂😂 but second, because between serving on the Camas Prairie Women in Business board together, working through legal stuff with her law firm, her accounting firm handling mine and Taylor’s taxes and payroll, and all of the real estate we get to do together, we still get to talk almost every day🤩 and of course our kids are forever besties! I added in a couple pictures of them at Karli Lothspeich wedding (sidenote, Karli also serves on the board with us and is our accountant and is the most beautiful bride ever 🥹💐✨) last weekend because we also get to be moms of some awesome kids and raise them and build our businesses together💗💗💗

This 80 acres of farmland and development property out on Day Rd is SOLD!🍻🎉🚜🌾 Congrats to my amazing Buyers!! A few months ago they contacted me asking me to keep them in mind for futures properties that they could farm (and maybe develop portions too!) so when I saw this property I sent it to them and we were in contract right away!! I was a week away from giving birth when we went under contract🤯😅 and my buyers were so gracious through the whole process even when we had a few hiccups come up out of our control!
They ALMOST had to cancel a few days of their camping plans with family this Memorial Day weekend BUT I wasn’t going to let that happen! I did my thing with a few outside people (my husband calls it nagging😌) to get this done quick!! Sweet miss at Inland Title was amazing to work with and got us in ASAP and we closed earlier than expected🤩🏕️☀️
