Arizona Real Estate Update: 🥵☀️

I've been standing outside a property for about 10 minutes...

I've nearly drank an entire Hydro Flask. My makeup has officially left the chat. And I'm pretty sure my soul evaporated somewhere around minute six. 😅
Seriously though...

I don't know how all of you inspectors, construction workers, landscapers, roofers, utility crews, road crews, and everyone else working outside in this Arizona heat do it day after day.

My hat is off to you. 👏

The rest of us are complaining about walking from the parking lot to the grocery store while you're out here building homes, fixing roads, keeping the lights on, and making life function for the rest of us.

Stay safe. Stay hydrated. And if you're working outside today... you've earned my respect. 💯☀️

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go sit directly in front of an air conditioner and rethink every life choice that led me to this showing. 😂

83% of people who DON’T currently own a home… WANT to. 🏡✨

And honestly? I completely understand why.

Homeownership represents:
✔ stability
