Joanne Hardy entered the real estate industry following a 36 year career in the world of package transportation where she served as an International Customer Service Manager and finally as a Project Engineering Specialist of FedEx Express. Not a native of Tennessee, Joanne grew up in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. After moving to Germantown, TN in 1974, Joanne attended the University of Memphis with studies in Business Administration. Joanne’s histories in time sensitive package shipping, her experience in building 3 personal homes with her husband as well as her passion for houses in general, make her a perfect fit for both the resort home buyer/seller as well and those looking for their first home. Away from the real estate world, Joanne and her husband David and children have enjoyed Pickwick Lake’s breathtaking views and water sport activities for 30+ years as weekenders and as full-timers for the past 3 years enjoying the home they built in The Preserve at Pickwick Lake. Joanne also is an animal lover, enjoys cooking, entertaining, and gardening. She currently is the Director of the Homeowners Association for The Preserve subdivision.
