Super close to the State Line boat ramp, Freddy T's, Earl's Grill, and all things Pickwick! Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, large screened in porch with gas firepit, real-wood firepit in the backyard, oversized gas grill, tons of parking including COVERED parking for your car and/or boat.
