Your local real estate expert, friend, and transaction guide! I strive to provide an exceptional experience for each of my clients. I will listen to your expectations, place them at the top and then do my best to crush them. I want to win, and I will bring my best game to the negotiation table on your behalf! I was raised in Council Bluffs, attended Kirn & Abraham Lincoln schools, for nearly 7 years I’ve been traveling around Iowa & Nebraska photographing real estate to help market and sell homes. I have key knowledge about the area and a love for this beautiful place I call home. I am a wife and mother of a grown daughter & son, have a son in-law, a soon to be daughter in-law, a granddaughter and a soon to be grandson. Family is very important to me and I treat my clients like I would my own. I work in an organized, focused and solution-oriented way—all while having a little of fun too. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family at home, on the lake or out supporting our local small businesses. When we work together and I am helping you, you can trust that you are in the hands of someone who has your best interest at heart and will protect that interest! As your modern real estate agent, when we work together, you can trust that you are working with a progressive realtor who is using the most current technology, tools, creative marketing and sales strategies. We’ll work together and decide what’s best for you and your goals. It’s rewarding for me to see a client fall in love with their new home, to help someone navigate a major life change, or make a big transition worry free.

🏡 DOUBLE CLOSING DAY! 🏡

Selling AND buying on the same day is no small task! There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of people involved, and plenty of things that have to line up just right.

But... WE DID IT! 🙌

We stayed organized, kept communicating, worked through all the pieces, and made it to BOTH closing tables as scheduled! 🎉

Congratulations to my client and everyone involved on both sides of these transactions. I personally wish you all the very best as you move into your next chapters.

Communication, organization, and a little patience can go a long way in real estate. ❤️🏡

Happy Closing Day!

🏡 SPOKEN FOR! 🔑

I love it when things just fall into place!

Trust me, I get it. Nobody wants their Realtor telling them to be patient or trust the process. 😂 But I really do believe in both.

Real estate doesn’t always happen on the timeline we want. A little patience, open communication and keeping an open mind can make all the difference.

And just like that… this one is SPOKEN FOR! ❤️ 🏡🥂
