Well, this is fun and an honor! —I’ve been nominated for Best of Council Bluffs in the Real Estate Agent category! 🏡

If I’ve helped you buy, sell, or talk through a real estate question (possibly while standing in a driveway), I’d love your vote. And while you’re in the Home & Garden section, give Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate a vote for Real Estate Company, too. 💚

You can vote once a day in each category through October 7 and there are lots of other categories and great companies to vote for! Just remember to submit your ballot at the end—that last click counts! ☑️

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall!

A few easy home maintenance reminders before cooler weather settles in:

🍁 Clean the gutters
🔥 Schedule a furnace check
🚿 Disconnect outdoor hoses
🪟 Check for drafts around windows and doors
🧯 Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Nothing too exciting—but neither is a surprise repair bill. Happy fall, everyone!

August market update: More homes to choose from, buyers taking a little more time, and prices are still holding strong. 🏡📊

Basically, the market hasn’t stopped—it’s just gotten a bit pickier. 😉
