Midwest Research & Settlement Services, Inc. Title and Escrow Company in downtown Omaha and Council Bluffs!! We are still a small town family owned business that strives to keep our customer's happy.

We offer great rates for title insurance and closing fee's. We handle all aspects of the closing process including for sale by owner transactions, 1031 exchanges, real estate contracts and witness closings...and of course.. standard lender closings for purchases and refinances. We prepare all legal documents required on any transaction. Our employees come from many corners of the real estate and title industry and have several years of experience.
