I have buyers, and I need homes! 🏡

I’m currently working with several qualified buyers who haven’t found the right property yet. If you’ve been thinking about selling, your home might be exactly what one of them is looking for.

Here’s what they’re searching for:

$300K–$535K: Ranch home with main-floor laundry, 2-car garage, a more private backyard, and a relatively flat yard. A walkout would be a huge plus!

Around $350K: Ranch home with main-floor laundry, at least a 2-car garage, and a basement. Acreage/county living would be ideal, but a larger lot or private backyard is a must.

Up to $430K: Move-in-ready home with as few stairs as possible to enter, at least 3 bedrooms plus an additional non-conforming bedroom in the basement, 2-car garage, fenced/private backyard.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent over 31 years building a career in the Salon Industry, around people, relationships, trust, and taking care of others. When I made the move into real estate, I brought all of that with me, and I quickly realized this is EXACTLY where I’m supposed to be!!
❤️ I MYSELF believe real estate should be personal!! I always say I will treat my clients the way I would want someone to treat my family.
No matter what part of the real estate transaction is... first time, last home, relocating, starting a business, land, or lease.....I want ALL my clients to feel like they have someone truly in their corner.

Council Bluffs has been my home for over 25 years, Prior to that, I grew up in Nebraska and have so many friends and family still in Nebraska. So being able to serve the people and communities around me means SO MUCH more than just selling houses or signing a lease. I love watching our area grow, helping people make smart decisions, and building these relationships that will last beyond that one transaction.
And when I’m not doing real estate, my favorite titles will always be Momma and Gigi. ❤️ I have 3 Grown Children all Married to their better halves....and 6 PERFECT grandchildren!
