Unfortunately, we are under a mandated Stay at Home Order, so we are here, but our door is locked.
Vendors:
Please leave orders at the door of the maintenance shop and our maintenance staff will take care of it.

Residents:
At this time, to protect our staff and you, our residents, maintenance is only actioning emergency work orders. You can still submit any work order, but please understand it will not be taken care of until we are released from the Stay at Home Order and the CDC advises us that Social Distancing is no longer necessary.
Emergencies are limited to:
No heat if the outside temperature is less than 60 degrees
No AC if the outside temperature is more than 80 degrees
Uncontrollable water leak or plumbing back up
Toilet backed up or not working if you only have one toilet
Non-functioning Refrigerator or Range
No electricity
No hot water
Any other work orders will be reviewed at the time of submission and we will determine if it should be considered an emergency.
Please understand that if our maintenance staff must enter your home, you will be required to keep at least 6 feet away from them at all times, remove yourself from the area they are working, go to a room you can close the door, or possibly step outside.

Just wanted to touch base and see how everyone is holding up. We are here if you need us! Stay safe & healthy! Here is the latest news release!! The president said social-distancing guidelines would remain in place until at least April 30, a departure from his previous aspirations to reopen the country by Easter. The directive came as Dr. Anthony Fauci, a top adviser to the White House, cited figures suggesting millions of people in the U.S. could get infected, and more than 100,000 could die.

To All Our Residents,
We want to inform you that Trinity is closely monitoring updates & recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control CDC & other authoritative bodies, which may result in certain modifications to existing community rules and procedures. Our intention is to serve the best interests of our residents & associates while causing as little disruption as possible to our residents however, some changes may be necessary in response to COVID–19. Please know that any changes are the result of careful consideration & reflect the guidance of government authorities.
1. Maintenance service requests will be limited to emergency repairs only. Emergency service requests may include such things as disruptions in air conditioning & heating systems, nonfunctional toilets, other major plumbing issues & water intrusion issues.
2. Office access is preferred to be via phone or email, however we will remain open as of this time. This is to be in line with social distancing as recommended by the CDC.
3. All community amenities will temporarily close until further notice. These amenities include business centers, fitness centers & pool areas.
4. Packages & other deliveries will be available via package lockers, if available. We will be unable to accept packages in the leasing office.
5. If you are interested in touring one of our facilities and potentially moving in- we would love the opportunity to conduct a virtual tour via Facetime. We will then be able to share the many options we have for you to apply online.
6. Rent Payments need to be made online. Please call, email or direct message us to find out more on how to do this.

MidAmerican has always maintained a robust business continuity plan — which has been implemented — to ensure you don’t have to worry about your energy service. We will be here to keep the lights on and the gas flowing to your homes and businesses as the situation progresses. We will be responding to emergency calls like downed lines and poles, suspected gas leaks and outages with the same rapid action you expect.
During this time, many are choosing to follow social distancing recommendations and limit interactions outside the home. Most MidAmerican services can be managed online for free with MyAccount, including paying your bill, reporting an outage and signing up for email or text alerts. If you are concerned about your ability to make payments, please call our customer experience team at 888‑427‑5632.
As the number of cases in our service territory grows, we have enacted new safety precautions to protect our employees and customers. These precautions include social distancing, additional personal hygiene steps and rescheduling of some non-emergent work orders.
When work requires us to be in close contact with a customer or enter a customer's home, we will take the following steps:
• We will ask customers if anyone at the home is under self-isolation for the COVID-19 virus or experiencing flu-like symptoms.
• If a customer is under self-isolation for the COVID-19 virus, we will evaluate if it's safe to postpone the work until after the customer's isolation period ends.
• If the work must be completed, our front-line employees will be wearing additional personal protective equipment. This is a step we are taking out of an abundance of caution.
• If a customer requests that our employees wear a face mask or gloves before entering their home or working on their property, our employees will comply.
