On this 25th anniversary of one of the biggest events in US history, we remember all those who lost their lives.
Not to tell my age, but I remember being in school and the announcement coming over the intercom, we, as children, didn't grasp the concept of what had happened. What we did see though, was a nation that came together in unity and stood together mourning the loss of husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers. There was no division, only unity. What I wouldn't give to have that kind of unity back today while the powers that be do their best to create a greater rift between we the people.
