I think i am finally ready to take the next step in my business and hire a part time employee.
The ideal employee for me will meet the following requirements:
1-hard worker
2-between ages 16 to 25
3-someone who is eager to work and learn
4-positive attitude
Ideally I don’t just want a hard worker, I want someone who wants to grow with me, someone who wants more then just a job. I want to be a positive role model in my employee life, help them make good decisions and get their life on the right track, maybe get a license first car and apartment whatever fits the individuals needs.

Pretty good size tree broke in storm it fell on some stuff We came in and cut it all down saved anything from getting any more damage and the stacked all the wood for the customers
