Yesterday marked a monumental moment for our team - a testament to perseverance, dedication, and unwavering support. Against everything, we successfully closed on a home that was once deemed out of reach for our borrowers, by other lenders.
They were initially told they wouldn’t qualify for a home purchase, with years of waiting ahead, but we had to see it to believe what someone else said. But here with us, we thrive on challenges. We said, “This will be tough, but we will get it closed,” and that’s exactly what we did!
