Matt Cabral moved to Los Angeles in 1999 and currently lives in nearby Covina, where he primarily works with first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors. Matt serves the real estate markets in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. He is eager to guide his clients through the buying and selling process a

nd prioritizes maintaining long-term client relationships by providing exceptional care. Matt understands firsthand the financial and emotional security homeownership provides. Due to this, he is passionate about advising his clients so they can make worthy investments. Matt and his wife have an impressive real estate portfolio, as the pair have invested in other short- and long-term rental properties, including several houses in Nevada, a beach condo in Southern California, a luxury condo in Downtown Los Angeles, and a midcentury modern home in the desert. Owning these properties has shown Matt just how productive real estate ownership can be. He is eager to support his family and build generational wealth while enjoying the benefits of having several profitable revenue streams. As a real estate professional, he is enthusiastic about teaching his clients to do the same. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Matt earned his associate degree in fashion merchandising. With over 20 years of experience in the clothing industry, Matt gained expertise in managing wholesale accounts throughout the U.S., focusing on brand development, distribution, and brand consulting. He also owned a premium menswear retail store in Los Angeles until 2015. Matt is excited about his new career as a Realtor® and is thankful for the skills he developed during his time in the fashion industry. Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling, playing basketball, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
