Here are some before and afters of a flip we did last year. I’d like to highlight the small things we did to add a lot of value to this home and how you can do the same in yours:

1. Fresh paint. We painted all doors, trim, walls and ceilings which gives everything a nice, clean look prior to selling.

2. New lighting. New, LED lighting can add a lot of value for little cost, especially if you learn how to install them yourself

3. Deep cleaning. Mop those floors, clean the cabinets out, clean your oven inside and out, have the carpet professionally cleaned. Things get neglected over time because we get busy in the day-to-day, but this is something that gives buyers that “wow” factor when they walk into your home.
