🇺🇸 Never Forget.

September 11th is one of those days I don’t think any of us will ever forget. I can still remember the feeling of watching the news and realizing that our country had changed forever.

Today, I’m thinking about all of the lives that were lost, the families who woke up that morning expecting an ordinary day, and the countless people whose lives were forever changed.

It’s hard to believe how many years have passed, but I hope we never get so far removed from that day that we stop remembering what was lost.

Today, I’m remembering the lives, the heroes, the families, and the unity that followed.

May we always remember. May we always honor. May we always be grateful. 🇺🇸❤️

Real estate contracts come with a lot of details, but understanding a few key terms can help you feel much more confident throughout the process.

Here are five you’ll hear often:

✨ Contingencies - Conditions written into the contract that may provide protections related to financing, inspections, appraisals, or other agreed-upon terms.

✨ Earnest Money - A good-faith deposit submitted with an offer. Whether it is refundable can depend on the contract terms, deadlines, and circumstances.

✨ Closing & Possession - Closing determines when the transaction is completed, while possession addresses when the buyer actually takes control of the property. Those dates aren’t always the same.
