One takeaway from a recent national CRE study stood out to us.

Not every great project starts with a blank canvas. Sometimes, it starts with seeing possibility where others see vacancy.

Soon, construction will begin on the transformation of the former Walmart Lawn & Garden Center into a vibrant, family-friendly restaurant that we believe will become a destination for our community.

Projects like this don't happen by accident. They require visionary ownership willing to invest in an unconventional opportunity, a team capable of navigating the complexities of redevelopment, and partners committed to bringing that vision to life.
