Congratulations to my seller and these sweet buyers on a great home. They have big plans for the little Newborn house and I can't wait to see what they do with it. My seller, Ashley set everything up prior to listing as far as preping the home for market. Painting, repairs, cleaning etc. We listed at a competitive price and had no trouble getting a contract. It's so important to get your home ready before listing and it pays off in the end.

This one hit the Market on the 10th and under contract on the 16th. We listed under the competition and ended up getting $10k more. Sometimes you just need to listen to the agent. That is why you hire an expert to guide you. We have a list of repairs but the seller is working to make the house great for the buyers. Buyers have been tough on sellers. Its all about balance and compromise.
