I seriously want to shout from the rooftops about the experience we had with Wilson’s Body Shop. 🙌

Unfortunately, our Expedition recently had an unexpected meeting with a deer.🦌 Not exactly the kind of appointment you want on your calendar!

Thankfully, we had Tiny and the team at Wilson’s Body Shop in our corner. Tiny was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He kept us informed throughout the process and, most importantly, advocated for us with the insurance company to make sure the vehicle was repaired the right way—not just the easy way.

When we picked up our Expedition, we honestly felt like we were driving away in a brand-new vehicle. It looked THAT good.

Experiences like this are exactly why I love highlighting local businesses. When someone takes care of you, stands behind their work, and goes the extra mile, they deserve some recognition.

Every few years, it’s time to refresh our For Sale signs, and this year we decided to keep it local. We’re so glad we did!

We recently worked with Rush Tees & Signs, and the entire experience was fantastic. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful while we were in the shop placing our order, and Ross did an awesome job fine-tuning our artwork and getting everything print-ready.

The turnaround was quick, the signs came out exactly how we envisioned them, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. 🙌

And we’re not stopping at signs, we’re already working with them on some custom shirts next!

Closing day is always exciting, but some closings mean just a little more.

The Phillips family are truly some of my favorite clients and not just because Gerald told me I look 34. 😉

This was our 3rd closing together, and I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am that Gerald and Marilyn have trusted me to be part of their real estate journey not once, not twice, but three times.

What started as a client relationship has turned into something so much more. They are the kind of clients who become friends… and eventually feel more like family. ❤️

We can sit and talk for hours and somehow go the entire conversation without mentioning real estate once, and honestly, those are the relationships that make this job so incredibly rewarding.

Sometimes a project calls for a dumpster to make life just a little easier, and Robert and I found ourselves in exactly that situation recently!

We reached out to Travis with Venture Roll Offs & Rental, LLC, and our experience couldn’t have been better. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with, delivering the dumpster shortly after we requested one.

Hearing the excitement in the grandkids' voices as they planned their visits and picked out their spots in the new house was something truly special. Those are the moments that make this job so rewarding.
