🏡✨ Helping Latifa find her first home was such a special journey!

We first met through the Washington Pinoy Badminton group, playing against each other in a doubles tournament (yes, her team beat us—fortunately 😅). Months later, she reached out for some real estate advice. I got the chance to meet her and her parents, learn about her goals, and we laid down the foundation for her home search.

After connecting her with a lender, we started touring homes right away. The first one she loved slipped away in a multiple-offer situation, but I always say—sometimes the right home is waiting just around the corner. Sure enough, two weeks later, we found the perfect one! 🏠

We are closed and my clients have finally moved in 🎉🔑🏡.

I met my clients through a referral from an open house by one of our top brokers Ankie and Dana (grateful for these two). They have not been pre-approved yet at that time. So i knew i had to move fast to be able to write up an offer and hopefully secure this 2.5 acre property for them. Referred them to a lender and within a couple of days we got fully underwritten. We made a plan, i wrote up an offer. Competed with another but boom 💥 Our offer got accepted and my clients were able to save $25k!

I am truly blessed to have good and wonderful people around me. I am thankful for the referral, for my clients and for our lender and escrow 🙏🏻.
