Deputy Dustin Byers with the 4th District recently stopped a driver for speeding on Highway 21. The man explained he was on his way to a funeral and was having a tough day.
To top it off, he couldn’t get his tie right.

Without hesitation, Deputy Byers helped him out…not just with the knot, but with a moment of kindness he won’t forget.
