There are truly no words to express how deeply Sawyer is missed. We always looked forward to the summers he spent working with Garten Development. Sawyer had an incredible work ethic and was always willing to help, no matter what the day brought. More than that, he had a way of making everyone laugh and brought so much light to those around him.

Sawyer was a true outdoorsman, and this memorial shoot is a beautiful way to honor his memory by celebrating something he genuinely loved at a place that meant so much to him.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent social media posts are circulating regarding one of our real estate listings, falsely advertising it as available for rent by an individual with no affiliation to Greenway’s Real Estate and Auction or Garten Development.

We would like to remind the public that all prospective Garten Development tenants are directed to our main office, located at 128 North Maple Avenue, Covington, VA 24426, to complete a rental application and discuss available properties in person.

While we do showcase our listings online, we do not rent properties electronically at this time, and we will never request payment online for a rental property. We are a local company—not an out-of-state operation—and all legitimate inquiries will be handled directly through our office.

Please remain vigilant and cautious when interacting online, and be aware of potential scams.
