Dwell Inspection Services We take the guesswork and anxiety out of purchasing your next home. Hello! We are Bryce and Tanner, owners of Dwell Inspections.

Offering full home inspection, termite, radon and sewer scopes in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky surrounding areas We acquired Dwell in 2025 from a good friend who started the company in 2018. Tanner started working for Dwell at the end of 2019 inspecting homes in the Cincinnati area. Bryce was licensed around the same time and we have both been actively working to the point of exhaustion. Thats

when we decided to team up and make this thing awesome! We are both licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and would be happy to help you with any home inspection needs. We both share a love for older homes and each own homes from the 1800's. I'd like to say we've seen it all, but there always seems to be something new that comes up from time to time doing inspections. We each share a passion for continually learning how homes work. To share a little bit about ourselves, Bryce lives on the West Side of Cincinnati, enjoys a wide array of activities including home renovations, playing music, and spending time with his family
Tanner lives in Northern Kentucky and enjoys renovating his home, woodworking, and spending time with his family. We are excited to get to meet you and help you feel comfortable in your new home.
