Well, I suppose it is time to let the cat out the bag to my FB friends....

After long consideration, and many prayers, I have accepted a position at Archbishop Hannan High School, as the Director of Business Operations.

This week makes my official first week there, and I can´t tell you how excited I am to walk down this new path. Plus, my kids go to school there!

Yes, I´m keeping my real estate license and will continue to help my friends and family in that respect, and yes, I am keeping my home inspectors license, should I be needed on the weekends.

I look forward to what the new year has to offer....Go Hawks!!!

The average Days On Market seems to be improving in both St. Tammany and in Tangipahoa parishes. This is the average length of time that a home, listed for sale in the MLS, stays on the market before it closes. If you are a seller, you should consult your agents about their plan to beat the average!

If you´re a buyer, put your best foot forward when submitting an offer, and have your home inspector (me) lined up to get in there quickly.
