Housing inventory is climbing more rapidly in King County than Pierce. There is more inventory than a year ago, but not as significantly as you might expect. Buyer traffic is similar to what it was a year ago at the start of Summer. All of this could be in the process of changing, as we are starting to see more homes struggle to attract showings. Fewer homes are still hitting desirable points, with quick interest and even multiple offers. 🏡📉

Housing inventory in King and Pierce Counties is higher than it's been in years, but not by drastic numbers just yet. Many sellers are still hesitant to leave their low rates and while buyers have plenty of options, they struggle to qualify for mortgages between the price of homes and current rates. Despite that, the number of buyers is steady, and those buyers are able to shop for the best homes at the best prices. ☀🏡

There was a slight slow-down in buyer traffic this Memorial Day weekend, but it seems some buyers were still dedicated shoppers! Inventory also continued to tick up in King & Pierce Counties this week. There are plenty of options to choose from in most categories and buyers are able to shop for the best home at the best price. 🏠☀
