Most homebuyers focus on the kitchen, bathrooms, and foundation—but what about the attic? Here’s why it matters:

🔥 **Insulation & Ventilation** – Poor insulation means higher energy bills, and bad ventilation can cause moisture buildup.

IT’S GOING TO SNOW - NOW IT COULD SNOW A LOT! A reasonable worst case scenario is being painted by some hi-res models. If and that’s a big IF, we transition to all snow quickly Tuesday morning the snow accumulations will add up rapidly. The potential for a widespread 4-6” from one end of the state to the other is possible. There could be some intense snow banding at times which may yield totals around 8-10”. Understand that this is not just a few fun flakes, this will a snow event of a lifetime for this part of the world. It will also mean we are snowed in for a period of time Tuesday till Thursday. We don’t have the equipment to plow snow and salt isn’t going to help with this amount of snow.
