Our long-term goal has always been to eventually provide homes for our three children, so they wouldn’t have rent or a mortgage, when they start life, outside of the nest. 🪺

We discussed selling our income properties to achieve this goal, with our pocket neighborhood, and this manifestation became a reality this week! 🏡

We closed this past Wednesday on 1218 3rd Street. This property now has new owners and management — G&S Property Group. 🆕

Today, we closed on 214 Fourth St. 👩🏼‍⚕️

Both properties weren’t “officially” listed on the market, but Lindsey Salts brought us investors for both!

This coming summer — we will be selling another property, a completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath single-story home, in Covington with off-street parking located on a quiet, dead-end street.

☑️City of Covington — bringing power to Tiny Homes 1-3.

☑️Zach Thomas — removing circle drive, moving gravel, and getting site ready for grass.

☑️Tristar — installing HVAC in Tiny Home No. 3.

☑️Gutter Barn — installing gutter system on Tiny Home No. 5.

🚙 Beginning Sunday, our tiny homes will have a private lane.

Drywall was completed today and paint is in progress on Tiny Home 5️⃣.

Panel boxes and meter sockets installed, so the City of Covington can hook up the power next week on Tiny Homes 1️⃣,2️⃣,3️⃣.

Our Tiny Home Development will soon have a private lane, from West US 136.

This means there will be NO north access to 2522 W US 136, Advantage Therapy, ONLY the South entrance/exit access.

Parking will not be impacted and will remain the same. Signage will be posted in the near future. This change will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
