Hi Residents!

Please be advised that the leasing office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

Our maintenance team will remain on call for emergency maintenance requests only during this time. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please call 859-307-4153 and follow the prompts to reach the on-call technician.

Normal office hours and operations will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

🏋️‍♀️ The fitness center is officially back open!

We’re excited to welcome everyone back to the gym and wanted to share that we’ve added 2 brand new treadmills for residents to enjoy! 🎉

Please note: the treadmill in the middle is still currently out of service while the manufacturer schedules a repair visit.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we worked on getting everything back up and running—we appreciate you being part of our community! 💚

☔ Due to the forecasted weather, our Splash & Sizzle BBQ Resident Event scheduled for tomorrow has been RESCHEDULED to Friday, May 29th from 4PM–7PM! 🌭☀️🏖️

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the sunshine, pool time, food, and fun without the rain getting in the way!

Fitness Center Update! 🏃‍♀️

Tomorrow, the gym will temporarily close starting at 9:00 AM as we prepare for the installation of TWO additional treadmills!

We heard your feedback regarding the newer treadmill installed in October, and we appreciate everyone who shared their thoughts. Because of this, we will be trading it in for a treadmill similar to the ones currently in the fitness center.

We are also adding a new manual-powered treadmill, which moves based on your running pace and movement.

With these upgrades, our fitness center will now have FOUR treadmills total to help improve accessibility and reduce wait times during busy hours.

Thank you for your patience while we make these exciting improvements!

🚧 Traffic Alert, Residents! 🚧

Beginning May 20, several ramps and roads near Covington will close or shift due to the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project. Please allow extra travel time and expect detours throughout the area.

Major impacts include:
• Bullock Ave/I-71/75 SB ramp closure
• Exit 191 NB closure to MLK/Pike St.
• Permanent closure of the SB exit to W. 5th St.

These changes are expected to continue long-term as construction progresses.
