Another exciting progress update from the Point Clear Club development in Point Clear, Alabama.

It’s always rewarding to watch a vision move from concept and planning into reality. With the course now shaping, sod being installed, mature trees being carefully transplanted, and the landscape beginning to take form, the project is making significant strides toward becoming one of the Gulf Coast’s premier private club communities. Thanks to The McLean family and Daniel Corp for this mega investment in our community.

Developments of this scale require years of planning, collaboration, and ex*****on. We are happy to have played a role in helping make this project possible through a complex land acquisition process that helped bring the vision together.

Today, seeing the progress on the ground is a reminder of what can be accomplished when the right team, strategy, and long-term vision align.

The transaction was facilitated by Matthew Saucier, Director of Property Management and REALTOR with Gulf States Real Estate Services.

After nearly a decade of managing the property on behalf of ownership, Gulf States Real Estate Services helped guide the asset through a strategic sale process that combined long-standing investor relationships, targeted off-market outreach, and full transaction coordination.

Through this process, Matthew helped identify a qualified buyer, place the property under contract, and close the sale for $2,450,000.
