: More Than Just Laptops & Tours! 🏡✨
When people think of a real estate agent’s job, they usually picture typing away on a laptop 💻 or showing gorgeous homes to clients 🔑

While we love those moments, the reality behind the scenes involves rolled up sleeves & a lot of hands on work! Being an agent means doing whatever it takes to help a client in every way possible and ensure every detail is covered.

Here is a quick look at what "working" actually looked like for me recently:

📦 Hands On Cleanouts: When the seller side of our transaction couldn't secure anyone to clean out the attic for my buyers before closing day, my fiancé & I rolled up our sleeves and did it ourselves, not only providing the home's full potential for my buyer's before move in, but peace of mind for both sides! 🧹✨

📐 Precise Measurements: Before touring properties, I went solo to get exact dimensions for clients with special needs in a home. Getting specific details such as doorway measurements for these clients ensured we make the most of everyone's time. 📏📐

🌸 Curb Appeal Help: Weeks after a deal closed, my buyer reached out for suggestions on plants for their yard. Instead of providing a list, I offered to meet them at a local garden center and help hand pick the perfect ones. 🌺🌱

Massive wins this week! 🏠 CHECK IT OUT 👇🏼

I am beyond grateful to announce that I’ve scored TWO HOMES UNDER CONTRACT for two different clients in just 5 DAYS! 🎊🙏

Monday afternoon alone generated 10,000+ steps by being determined to find the sweetest couple their forever home ❤️ ✨

Tuesday, another client and I kicked off the day at Starbucks at 9:00 AM sharp, fueled by caffeine and a mission… finding her the perfect place to call home. 🗺️📍

Fast forward to 6:00 PM - after touring, comparing, and strategizing… we were finally signing an offer to submit! 📝🖊️ My client looked at me and asked, "How are you not exhausted yet?!" 😅

To be honest, it’s hard to describe... but when I know I’m helping someone with a life changing moment, I get this incredible second wind. 🌪️💪 I absolutely love what I do, and that energy keeps me going for sure! ♥️
