Crawl Space Foundation
A crawl space elevates the home a few feet off the ground, leaving an accessible area beneath the structure.
Pros:
* Access to Utilities: Easy access to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for repairs and upgrades.
* Moisture Resistance: Better suited for areas prone to flooding, as the home is elevated.
* Improved Airflow: Helps prevent ground-level moisture from entering the home (when ventilated properly).
