🚨 ANOTHER BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION IN THE BOOKS! 🚨🛁

This bathroom had definitely seen better days… outdated, dark, and sporting a color that had to GO! 😂

So we took it ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE STUDS and started fresh! 🔨💪

Here’s what went into this transformation:

🛠️ Completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs
🚿 Removed the old shower soffit and opened things up
🔧 Installed all-new plumbing all the way to the stacks
🏠 Repaired sagging floor joists
💨 Installed a new LED exhaust fan
🪵 Installed new subfloor
♿ Converted the old shower to a walk-in shower for easier access
🛡️ Added shower grab bars for extra safety and peace of mind
🧱 Insulated the exterior wall
🔨 Installed all-new drywall with a Level 3 finish
🚪 Installed all-new trim throughout
📦 Built a custom built-in closet storage system
💡 Installed a lighted & heated vanity medicine cabinet
🚿 Installed a beautiful glass shower door
🪵 Finished it all off with gorgeous LVP flooring and a flush-mount floor register

This wasn’t just a cosmetic update — we addressed the structure, plumbing, ventilation, insulation, accessibility, storage, and finishes to give this bathroom a complete transformation from the inside out. 💯

🔥 From outdated and cramped → to clean, functional, comfortable, and built for the future.

And that walk-in shower with the grab bars? 👌
Sometimes the best remodeling decisions aren’t just about how a space looks — they’re about making your home easier and safer to use for years to come. ❤️

This 1,500 sq. ft. home needed quite a bit of TLC before it could hit the market. Our goal? Help maximize its first impression and give potential buyers a home they’ll remember! 👌

🔨 Here’s what we tackled:
✅ Repaired and professionally finished extensive drywall damage
🚪 Replaced 5 interior doors

🏠 Removed and properly reinstalled 2 poorly hung faux beams in the cathedral ceilings
🖌️ Applied 2 fresh coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint to the ceilings, walls, trim, and doors
🛠️ Repaired the kitchen cabinets by replacing multiple hinges and installing a new Lazy Susan

The flooring was completed by another contractor, and together this home is now ready to welcome its next owners! 🙌
