Home ownership on Renegade Mountain received a huge legal boost from a Tennessee Court of Appeals. All 10 rulings appealed by the homeowners received a favorable judgement; including invalidation of the August 25, 2016 election of RMCC directors. The case is remanded back to the lower court for adjudication again. In our opinion, home owners may soon regain control of the RMCC; and positively affect ownership of property on Renegade Mountain.
Being adjacent to RMCC property, this ruling increases the potential value of the Eagles Nest development.
