Our first commercial lease deal is officially DONE — and what an experience it was!

My partner and I represented both sides of the transaction — I represented the **Landlord** and my partner represented the **Tenant** — and together, we navigated the entire process from negotiations to closing.

This deal challenged us, taught us, and pushed us to grow in ways we didn’t expect. We learned so much about commercial leasing, negotiations, attorneys, documentation, and most importantly, how to navigate the process while protecting our clients’ best interests.

And today, we can officially say: **WE CLOSED!** 🎉
