I'm so happy to *finally* give a big CONGRATULATIONS to my clients!! 🎉🎉 They reached out to me last fall, after losing several bidding wars with an out of area agent. And in a market where inventory is very tight, there weren't many homes that met their criteria.

Then we toured this sweet home, lovingly cared for by the same family for over 60 years. The road to closing was anything but smooth, but with determination and plenty of patience, we worked our way to the closing table. Now this is their family's "home sweet home" to make their own, in the town they have grown to love 💙💛
