SOLD ‼️ over asking 😉we had a plan with the Seller and we executed every step of the way. Within same day of coming on the market showings happen the very next day with offers coming in by day 5 with a multiple offer situation. My client was surprised since it was the fall and holidays were approaching. I am a firm believer to trust the process.

✔️Example : You must have 2 or 3 Bedrooms
