Celebrating 50 Years of Graziano Sausage! 🇮🇹

On September 8, 1976, Graziano “Rocky” Broccoli opened the doors to Graziano Gourmet Foods on Charles Street in Providence, beginning a family tradition that would become a beloved part of Rhode Island.

Although I never had the privilege of meeting Rocky, I’ve come to appreciate the incredible legacy he created. For 50 years, Graziano Sausage has stood for family traditions, hard work, quality, and authentic Italian flavor.

It’s been an honor to be part of celebrating this family and the tradition they have carried on for generations. Thank you to our customers, retail partners, friends, and all the families who have made Graziano Sausage part of their tables and traditions over the years.

You can find Graziano Sausage at Venda Ravioli on Federal Hill, Garden Hills Fruit & Deli in Cranston, and Belmont Market in Narragansett.

Congratulations to the entire Graziano family on this very special milestone. Here’s to 50 years of tradition, memories, and many more to come! ❤️🇮🇹

🏡 **One thing buyers don’t always think about when touring a home…**

What you see isn’t necessarily what you get.

Maybe you fall in love with the dining room light, the fire pit in the backyard, the patio furniture, or even that perfect refrigerator. You’ve seen it in the home and in the photos, so naturally you may think it’s coming with you.

But that’s not always the case.

Some items may belong to the seller and may be taken before closing. That’s why it’s worth speaking up about anything you would like to have included in your purchase.

Don’t leave it to chance. If you want it, **ask about it and put it in writing.** 📝

The home buying process is full of little details that can make a big difference. Having someone in your corner to help you know what questions to ask can make all the difference.

Thinking about buying a condo?

One thing that's becoming more important in the mortgage process is the financial health of the condominium association.
Lenders may take a closer look at the association's reserve funds, insurance coverage, and overall maintenance of the property. This doesn't mean buying a condo is a bad idea. It simply means there may be a few more questions and documents involved during the loan process.
Every property is different, so it helps to understand the requirements before you begin.
If you're thinking about buying a condo and have questions about the process, I'm always happy to help or point you in the right direction.

đź’ˇ Credit Tip of the Day
Your credit score isn't based on just one thing. It's made up of several factors, with your payment history and how much credit you're using having the biggest impact.
Understanding how your score works can help you make better financial decisions, whether you're planning to buy a home, a car, or simply want to improve your financial health.
Knowledge is power, and a few small habits can make a big difference over time.

The Market Buzz 🏡

Buyer activity is staying strong even with rates holding steady. Homes that are priced correctly are still seeing quick showings and solid offers especially in entry‑level and mid‑range price points.

Sellers who prep their homes with clean paint, decluttering, and simple curb appeal updates are getting the most traction. These small improvements are making a big difference in how fast buyers move.

If you’re thinking about listing this summer, timing is still in your favor. Buyers want to be settled before fall, and well prepared homes are standing out.
