Summer always makes me think about the simple stuff around the house that ends up mattering more than we realize.
Like keeping things cool, spending more time outside, cooking easy meals… that kind of thing.
One of my summer snacks lately has been super simple:
watermelon, a little feta, fresh mint, and lime (gives it a little kick).
Nothing fancy just refreshing and easy on a hot day.

One thing I’ve been noticing recently is that buyers are looking beyond listing photos.
Features matter, but so does layout, natural light, usable space, and how a home actually feels in person.
The market is still moving, but buyers are being more thoughtful and intentional, which makes in-person viewings more valuable than ever.

Open houses can be more useful than people think.
They’re not just an opportunity to see a specific home they can also help in understanding how space is actually used across different properties.

Layouts are subjective, and not every room has a single, fixed purpose. In many homes, spaces can function in different ways depending on needs whether that’s a bedroom, office, or something more flexible.

Walking through homes in person provides a better sense of flow, layout, and how each space might work day to day.
It’s often these details, rather than just features on paper, that shape how a home fits someone’s lifestyle.
