As a Rhode Island real estate agent, I am very fortunate to be associated with one of RI’s most respected privately owned companies – Williams & Stuart Real Estate. I love the culture and the team effort this company puts forth. While we have offices throughout the state, we are not a franchise operation. Two people own the whole show. I am a full time, 22 year Rhode Island residential real estate agent. I am a father, a friend, a brother and a son. Who Am I? I decided when my kids were very young to get into the real estate business because I wanted to create a career path with open ended opportunities. Quickly though, I discovered how much I truly enjoyed working with people and helping them achieve the largest purchase and sale they would ever make. Buying and selling a home brings with it a lot of emotion and potential stress. I strive to fully educate my clients on the process to eliminate needless surprises down the road. As a seasoned negotiator I take pride in managing the transaction to the best of my ability to carry out my client’s goals. I think the only right way to work is to treat each client the same way I would want to be treated. I feel proud when a client calls me out of the blue to ask for a contracting reference, knowing I have always maintained their best interests. I share in the excitement of first time buyers when they close on their new home. I am grateful to be considered trustworthy and ethical in the world of business. I simply believe in business, as in life, ones ethics and integrity will set them apart.
