I’m Trisha — a mom, animal advocate, and person who loves the simple pleasures of life: mornings in the garden, afternoons on the boat snorkeling, quiet walks in the woods, and evenings with a good book or a crochet project. I grew up in Miami — back when Saturday trips to the U-Pick fields with my dad meant fresh vegetables and family time — and I even spent part of my early career working with a

nimals at a zoo and alongside veterinarians (yes, I once worked near venomous snakes and alligators!). Those experiences taught me patience, compassion, and a steady hand — qualities I bring to every person I serve. My faith and a dedication to service guide everything I do. I’m proud of the family I raised — three fine sons and 2 grandchildren — and I’ve chosen to make Sopchoppy our home because I love its “easy living” pace, the undeveloped land around us, and the wildlife I watch from my porch. I stay active in local animal causes and enjoy getting to know my neighbors — community matters to me. Real estate chose me because I love research, problem-solving, and, most of all, helping people find the right place to call home. I treat clients as people, not transactions: I let you take the time you need, I gather and share the information you want, and I work quietly and diligently behind the scenes so your experience is as stress-free as possible.
