Sue Criswell, Licensed Realtor I am a proud native Floridian with a diverse background and a deep commitment to serving others. Faith is an integral part of my professional life.

Together, let's turn "just looking" into "welcome home". Sue is a proud native Floridian with a diverse background and a deep commitment to serving others. For the past 14 years, she has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate landscape of Wakulla County. Before embarking on her real estate career, Sue spent years as a registered nurse, providing compassionate care to those in need. It was during this time that she discovered a calling to serve in a different capacity – guiding individuals and families through the journey of buying and selling their homes. This calling led Sue to BlueWater Realty Group where she met with its founders, Kyle and Susan. Sue knew immediately that joining BlueWater Realty was not just a career move, but an opportunity to integrate faith into her professional life. Drawing upon her years of experience in healthcare, Sue brings a unique blend of empathy, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. She understands the importance of listening attentively to clients’ needs and concerns, from start to finish. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sue finds fulfillment in her role as a spouse and parent. Together with her husband, she shares a loving family with three sons and their families and several cherished grandchildren. Sue draws strength and inspiration from the support of her loved ones in everything she does. With her family by her side and her faith guiding her every step of the way, along with the award winning knowledge and expertise of the BlueWater team at her fingertips, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a growing family searching for your dream home, or empty-nesters looking to downsize, you can rely on Sue to provide guidance and support tailored to your unique real estate needs and aspirations.

🚨 Who you work with matters. 🚨

SOLD & CLOSED in under 30 days! 🏡✨

If you’re a military buyer or seller, you need someone who understands the VA loan process and knows how to get deals DONE. 🇺🇸

This one was personal—my son was the buyer—but every veteran I serve gets that same level of focus, urgency, and care, no matter if you are the buyer or seller. Knowing the VA loan process is paramount!

Proud to represent clients through BlueWater Realty. If you’re thinking about making a move, let’s talk.
