The first investment property I ever bought was built as someone's dream home. 🏡

The husband passed away shortly after it was finished. His widow stayed, but her health declined. Their son lived over 300 miles away and had no way to manage what was happening from a distance. He came and got his mother. Literally only grabbed a suitcase and her prescriptions! He became a full time nurse for his mother while maintaining a full time job!

By the time I connected with him after she passed away two years later, the house was nearly unrecognizable. Rotten food. Vandalism. A room so filled with clutter we didn't realize it was a bathroom until we started the cleanout.
