The old 4x4 W Willow Creek/Rat Creek Road sign had seen better days, so the Creede Home Watch crew gave this forgotten local landmark a little love and brought it back to life.

We love this community and we’re always happy to roll up our sleeves and take care of the place we call home.

That would be an old water-holding tank, and getting it out meant moving it down a hill through a thick forest. We just had to push it over and start rolling! Because that’s what a carefully thought-out plan looks like. This apparently falls under ‘other duties as assigned.”
