Gullett Title in Palatka is hiring two full time positions. Entry level data processor and a senior closer.

ENTRY LEVEL Data processor- Processing assistants work closely with the processor to assemble files, order title work and other applicable documents needed in preparation of a real estate purchase and sales closing. Applicant must exhibit very strong organizational skills as well as be able to work accurately at an above-average pace.

Experience in real estate title and closing business preferred but not required.

SENIOR CLOSER- Sr Closer

Experience and Skills:
• Two years’ prior title closing experience
• Real Estate industry experience: Title and/or escrow knowledge, strong closing skills preferred
• Self-starter with good follow-through skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and leadership abilities with a customer service focus
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Ability to work effectively in a benchmarked environment to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to work effectively with agents in a training environment and add value to their business
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills

Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
• Possess and maintain valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Active Florida Notary Commission REQUIRED
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel on a daily basis through assigned territory on a scheduled or unscheduled basis and Florida Title License highly preferred and may be required.
• FL Title License required to participate in monthly sales incentives/commission
