Land can get complicated fast. Access, neighbors, easements… sometimes it takes problem solving to get them done!

Super proud to be part of a team that knows land.

The owner of this little 40 acres of vacant land needed help. He lives out of state, inherited it, and had never set eyes on it. Of course he wanted to sell it. Contacted Greg. The parcel turned out to be landlocked and we only needed about 100 feet to extend a county road that would grant access.

After several attempts to contact an adjacent landowner failed, the solution presented itself! A different neighbor wanted to add to his piece. Access issue disappears! Contract signed, closing achieved, both sides happy with the result.

That right there is our goal at America's Land Partners. No matter how many twists and turns, starts and stops, two steps forward and one step back, it takes to get there. 👍🏻

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started loving plants more and more.

Houseplants are my favorite. I love watching new leaves come in and figuring out what each plant needs to thrive. But I still love a good garden and outdoor flowerbed once spring rolls around.

With planting season starting in Oklahoma, I shared what fruits and vegetables can be planted now through late spring.
