⭐️⭐️Meet Sean Ford⭐️⭐️
Sean Ford is an Associate Broker with Lang Real Estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Cambria, Blair, and the surrounding counties. His professional background combines communications, technology, community service, and a passion for helping people navigate important life decisions.
Sean earned an Associate Degree in Mass Media Communications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, a special mission affiliate of Penn State University. While attending college, he earned Dean’s List honors and developed strong skills in writing, marketing, public relations, and community outreach.
During his time at WPTC 88.1 FM, Penn College’s radio station, Sean served as Promotions and Outreach Director, helping increase the station’s visibility and community engagement. He also co-hosted a long-form interview program featuring conversations with local and nationally recognized musicians and artists.
Sean’s commitment to serving others extends beyond broadcasting. He worked with the American Cancer Society in Williamsport to help create educational videos that taught wig care and scarf-tying techniques for individuals undergoing chemotherapy. His role included writing, directing, recording, and producing content designed to provide support and encouragement to cancer patients and their families.
Before entering real estate, Sean served through AmeriCorps at the Altoona VA Hospital and later worked in radio advertising sales. He continues to serve the community through his work with the local Area Agency on Aging, where he has spent more than a decade helping seniors access transportation and essential services throughout Blair County. Through both his transportation career and real estate profession, Sean has developed strong relationships throughout the region and a deep appreciation for the communities he serves.
Sean entered the real estate profession with a simple goal: helping people improve their lives through buying and selling property. His dedication to client service earned him recognition as Lang Real Estate’s Top Producer in 2019, and in 2026 he further advanced his career by obtaining his Pennsylvania Associate Broker’s License.
What Sean enjoys most about real estate is helping clients move forward with confidence. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, growing families, investors, business owners, or those experiencing major life transitions, he believes every transaction should be built on honesty, communication, and exceptional service.
Outside of work, Sean remains active in community events and volunteer activities. Residents of Cresson may recognize him from local celebrations, including the annual tree lighting, where he has appeared as both the Grinch and Olaf. He enjoys supporting local organizations and participating in community events throughout the area.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys creative writing and is currently developing an original story that he hopes may someday become a screenplay. He values the creative process, character development, and storytelling—skills that have remained with him since his broadcasting days.
Sean and his wife reside in Ebensburg, where they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the communities they proudly call home.
For Sean, real estate is about more than buying and selling property—it is about helping people achieve their goals, navigate important transitions, and create positive outcomes that benefit individuals, families, and communities alike.
